My husband used the deep cleaning service for a one bedroom on two separate occasions, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. The pricing is on the higher side, but the quality of work did not reflect that. After the service, sofa and curtain stains were still visible, corners of the house were not properly cleaned, and bathrooms were left in an unsatisfactory condition.My husband praised these concerns directly with the concerned person, who initially acknowledged the issues and said the team would be sent again. However, after that, there was no follow-through and the matter was repeatedly delayed. Eventually, I had to clean the remaining areas myself.I hope the company invests more in staff training and quality control, because at the current price point, the service level does not meet expectations.
